Genesis 2:16-17
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
I felt it very necessary to get this out right away. Do NOT use the techniques you have learned here to try to discern good from evil using טוב and רע or טב and רע to investIgate the words in Scripture. We can go into detail in an upcoming post, that you may understand all the connections. Please just trust the Word of the LORD (יהוה) in this for now. God’s way of looking at good and evil are NOT man’s way of looking at good and evil.
